The production of LVT flooring involves several steps, including mixing and compounding the raw materials, extruding the material into sheets, lamination colorful film and embossing the design, and cutting the tiles to suitable size.
A typical LVT flooring machine production line includes several RUIJIE machines, such as a mixer, extruder, color film laminator, embosser, and cutter. The raw materials, such as PVC resin, plasticizers, and stabilizers, are mixed in the mixer and then feed into the extruder. The extruder melts the material and extrudes it into a sheet, which is then laminate with the desired design and embossed to give it a textured surface.
