PVC Artificial Marble Panel is 100% water proof, rigid-surfaced, nonflammable and nontoxic new material, It has marble, carpet, stones, natural scenery, stereo design on the surface.The sheet is widely used for interior decoration in house, hotel, resort facility, offices. hospital, school, office buildings, shopping malls,supermarkets, transportation and other public places. 
It has advantages:
(1) Green environmental protection, does not contain formaldehyde,non-toxic harmless, non radioactive pollution, no pollution to the environment, belong to the green environmental protection products, can be recycled 
(2) The lamination is achieved online and don't need any glue or other laminator. The color film layer can also be synchronously adhered to the wear-resistant layer. Using stone or wood grain embossing rollers to achieve better decorative effects
(3) Long service life, with UV painting on the top used as wall panel can reach more than 20 years.

3. Payment manner:
30% of total amount paid by T/T as deposit, balance 70% of total amount paid before delivery by T/T. Or irrevocable L/C at sight.

4. Delivery:
4.1 Delivery condition: FOB Qingdao port or CIF destination Port.
4.2 Delivery terms: Within 40-60 working days after deposit, after inspection,we would pack the machines within 15 working days after we receive the full payment.

5. Warranty:
Except for the screw & barrel and electrical parts,whole machines are guaranteed for one year (no warranty for human damage)

6. Machine inspection:
When machine finished, we would inform the buyer to do inspection in our factory. We would undertake the testing cost in our factory. The buyer should come or entrust any third party to come to seller's factory to do the inspection work.

7. Installation and commissioning:
If the buyer requires, we will dispatch one technician to the buyer's factory to install, start the machine, and train the buyer's operators. the buyer shall bear the round-trip airfare, visa fees, food, accommodation, travel expenses at the buyer's factory, and salary of $150 per day.
