2. Collaboration process
Pre-sale communication → Understand customer needs and provide targeted quotes→ Signing purchase and sales contracts
Customized production→ Test machine after completion before shipment →Package, loading, and delivery containers→ Engineer installation→Training operator → Provide lifelong technical services.
3. Payment manner:
30% of total amount paid by T/T as deposit, balance 70% of total amount paid before delivery by T/T. Or irrevocable L/C at sight.
4. Delivery:
4.1 Delivery condition: FOB Qingdao port or CIF destination Port.
4.2 Delivery terms: Within 40-60 working days after deposit, after inspection,we would pack the machines within 15 working days after we receive the full payment.
5. Warranty:
Except for the screw & barrel and electrical parts,whole machines are guaranteed for one year (no warranty for human damage)
6. Machine inspection:
When machine finished, we would inform the buyer to do inspection in our factory. We would undertake the testing cost in our factory. The buyer should come or entrust any third party to come to seller's factory to do the inspection work.
7. Installation and commissioning:
If the buyer requires, we will dispatch one technician to the buyer's factory to install, start the machine, and train the buyer's operators. the buyer shall bear the round-trip airfare, visa fees, food, accommodation, travel expenses at the buyer's factory, and salary of $150 per day.
