Product Description
Continuous filament with a set diameter (e.g., 1.75 mm or 2.85 mm).
Cooling and shaping: The freshly extruded filament is at a high temperature and needs to pass sequentially through a hot water bath and a cold water bath for gradient cooling, in order to stabilize its shape and dimensions.
Diameter measurement and pulling: After cooling, the filament passes through a laser diameter gauge for online real time diameter inspection, and is pulled forward by a servo pulling machine at a constant speed
Winding and packaging: Finally, an automatic winding device winds the long filament neatly onto spools. Advanced production lines also integrate fully automated packaging functions such as automatic spool changing, boxing, and palletizing.
