The Concrete Protective liner is made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), just like its name, it'sa ideal material to perfect protect the concrete pipe or the channel from the chemical or polluted water, as it combined all advantage of thermoplastic such as flexible, corrosion resistance, it protected effectively and the durability is increased.
HDPE ultra grip concrete protective liner is a product that can be used to protect concrete structures from corrosion, abrasion and chemical attack. It consists of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet with anchoring studs on one side that are embedded into the concrete surface. The HDPE sheet provides a durable and impermeable barrier that prevents water and aggressive substances from reaching the concrete. The anchoring studs create a mechanical bond between the liner and the concrete that can withstand high loads and stresses. HDPE ultra grip concrete protective liner has several advantages over other methods of concrete protection, such as coatings, paints or epoxy. It is resistant to UV rays, temperature changes, cracking and peeling.
